Yes, we offer free shipping to all 50 states in the United States as well as Canada. When you make a purchase, the shipping costs are already covered, so you won't need to pay any additional fees for standard shipping within the U.S. and Canada.

If we don't have your cart in stock, we will order it directly from our factory in China. We are not resellers; we are the manufacturer. You can expect your cart to be delivered within 7-8 weeks from the start of production. Shipping costs range from $1,500 to $3,000, depending on your location in the US and Canada.

Our carts come with a full 4-year warranty on the lithium batteries and a 2-year warranty on the rest of the powertrain. Parts can be ordered through us at any time. If a warrantied part is needed we ship it to you and help get you setup with local service across our network.
